Everyone involved in forklift operations must be qualified. This is required by law, as well as the acquisition of a driver's license. Electrical

Check the electrolyte level of the battery after charging the battery. Check the hydraulic oil level Check that all wheel nuts are tight. Check hoses for leaks and damage. Check tire for damage and tire pressure. Insert the batteries with distilled / deionized water.

Also, make sure that the batteries are charged after each shift and avoid accidental charging.



Diesel / gas

Check the water level of the radiator. Check the engine oil level. Check that all lug nuts are tight. Check the fuel level. Visually check the water separator. Check hoses for leaks and damage. Visually inspect the tires for damage and inflation pressure.

Ensuring that earlier checks are performed not only extends service life and ensures the safety of your forklift, but also reduces the costs involved. Negligence or improper use of a forklift will result in damage and unnecessary costs. It is therefore advisable to ensure that operators sign these tasks on a daily basis.
